2 Eligibility & Age Verification

3 Account Registration & Security

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vh777b's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount of real money funds deposited by you to your vh777b account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vh777b is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or expected winnings not yet realised.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Suspension by vh777b

vh777b reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if it reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms has occurred, that fraudulent activity is taking place, that the account poses an AML risk, or that the account holder is a self-excluded individual attempting to circumvent an exclusion.

12.2 Closure by the Player

You may close your vh777b account at any time by contacting live chat support. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered Pakistan payment method within five business days of account closure confirmation.

12.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for 12 consecutive months. vh777b will notify you at your registered contact before any dormancy fee is applied. A monthly dormancy administration fee of 200 PKR will be applied to dormant accounts with a positive balance, until either the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero, at which point the account will be closed.

13 Disputes & Complaints

If you have a complaint about any aspect of vh777b's service, you should follow this escalation process:

• Step 2 — Email: If your issue is not resolved through live chat to your satisfaction, submit a formal complaint by email to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint." Include your account username, date of the incident, and any supporting evidence.
• Step 3 — Written Review: vh777b will acknowledge formal email complaints within 24 hours and provide a full written response within five business days.

vh777b's decision on any complaint following the completion of this process is final and binding. You agree to follow this complaints process before pursuing any external dispute resolution.

14 Amendments to These Terms

vh777b reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to all registered Pakistan players via account notification and/or email to the registered contact address at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Minor clarifications may be updated without advance notice.

Your continued use of vh777b following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform before the amendment takes effect and contact vh777b to close your account.
